Oct. 15

≤ 1:38 p.m., assistance, vehicle lockout, vehicle opened, verbal consent was given, 100 block Genesee Street

≤ 1:55 p.m., larceny other, larceny of a sign from apartment door, rental company contacted and issue was resolved, 400 block East Crescent Street

≤ 2:17 p.m., suspicious, report of a suspicious subject loitering outside the complainant’s door, subject was gone on arrival, 1900 block Sugarloaf Avenue

≤ 3:10 p.m., assistance, vehicle lockout, verbal consent given, opened, 300 block West Michigan Street

≤ 6:01 p.m., violation of Michigan Public Health Code, syringe on the ground near a trash bag, trash was thrown away and the needle was disposed of by officer, 200 block North Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 6:18 p.m., conservation, subject with a tent and bonfire set up in the wooded area near Picnic Rocks, moved along, 1200 block Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 7:05 p.m., criminal sexual conduct 1st degree, complainant turned in a suspicious suitcase, report, 300 block West Baraga Avenue

≤ 8:13 p.m., property check, Dead River Bridge

≤ 9:05 p.m., traffic, driver cited for violation of license restrictions, cited and released, South Vandenboom Road near Grove Street

≤ 10:01 p.m., property check, two suspicious vehicles, subjects were talking, Powder Mill Road

≤ 10:56 p.m., traffic, driving while license suspended, driver personal recognizance bonded and released on scene, U.S.-41 West near Erickson Street

≤ 11:06 p.m., conservation, injured deer in the roadway, deer was already deceased when officer arrived, pulled out of the roadway, U.S. 41 Bypass near McClellan Avenue

≤ 11:17 p.m., breaking and entering with force, suspicious situation, dog door was blocked and the stove was on when homeowner returned home, it appeared her dogs may have gotten out and a neighbor put them back inside and blocked the door, all ok, 1400 block Garfield Avenue

≤ 1:07 a.m., traffic, several cones were found in the roadway, moved off by the officer, 800 block Wright Street

≤ 3:50 a.m., traffic, driving while license suspended arrest, personal recognizance bonded, incident report, Washington Street near McClellan Avenue

≤ 4:20 a.m., animal control, deceased deer in the roadway, pulled to side of highway by officer, U.S. 41 South near Tonti Road
