MARQUETTE — The Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter has announced that the shelter has reopened following its temporary closure and recovery efforts related to a canine parvovirus outbreak. Beginning Tuesday, walk-in adoptions for dogs, cats and small animals have resumed during regular public hours.
