HARVEY — Silver Creek Church will host its annual Backpack SOS community outreach from 9–11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Silver Creek Church in Harvey. This year marks the 20th year Silver Creek Church has provided backpacks and school supplies to local children. The drive-through event is open to children Pre-K through 12 grade.
