US-41 signal work in Houghton set for June 1-3 

HOUGHTON ­- Crews from the Michigan Department of Transportation will be making traffic signal upgrades at the US-41/MacInnes Drive intersection in Houghton from June 1-3. This work will require lane closures June 2. Motorists should expect lane closures and traffic shifts in each direction of US 41 beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 2. The traffic impacts are expected to last four to five hours. Low level signals, backplates and bottom tethers will be installed at the intersection to upgrade the signalized intersection. Bay College revises building hours modified building hours for summer months announced

ESCANABA – Bay College building hours have been modified for the summer. Bay College employees will be working Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (ET/CT). The college’s building hours during the summer, May 18–July 26, will be Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m.–7 p.m. ET at the Escanaba campus and 7 a.m.–6 p.m. CT at the Iron Mountain campus.
