Sands Speedway to feature spectator racing on Saturday
SANDS — The 360 Fast Lap Spectator Challenge race will be the theme during racing at the Sands Speedway in Sands Township on Saturday afternoon.
With Midway Rentals as the sponsor, racing is set for 5-8 p.m. at the track located off highway M-553 with an entrance off the highway about a mile south of the Marquette County Fairgrounds entrance and three miles south of the highway’s intersection with County Road 480.
Spectators will get a chance to race their own car on the track in the first of three straight Saturdays of racing there.
