Maxon, Anderson honored
SAULT STE. MARIE – After shining on the Lake Superior State University softball diamond this spring, Amanda Maxon of Munising and Brandi Anderson of Negaunee have also been recognized for their academic work.
Both seniors, Maxon and Anderson have made the GLIAC All-Academic list for student-athletes with a grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
Seniors Anthony Silva of Crystal Falls in track and field, as well as sophomore Alex Tuchowski of Kingsford in tennis, have also been cited by the GLIAC for their school work.
