Munising boys basketball team falls to Forest Park Trojans 35-20
MUNISING — Thursday was a rough night for the Munising boys basketball team.
The Mustangs struggled on both ends of the floor and were dealt a 35-20 loss by Forest Park. Josh Huotari led Munising with seven points, while the Trojans’ Tommy Showers led all scorers with nine.
The second quarter was where things shifted Forest Park’s way. Leading Munising by three after the first, the Trojans outscored the Mustangs 13-2 in the second to hold a 19-5 advantage at halftime.
Munising hosts Carney-Nadeau Monday.
