Munising’s Emersyn Crisp, Bailey Corcoran top Skyline Central Conference girls basketball honors
The Cougars were named the Team Sportsmanship winner, while three players from Munising and one from SC earned individual awards.
The Mustangs’ Emersyn Crisp and Bailey Corcoran were named to the conference’s top honor squad, the First Team, while teammate Julia Prunick made Honorable Mention.
And Superior Central’s Alice Hancock earned distinction on the league’s Second Team.
Bark River-Harris and Munising were the toast of the SCC as the Broncos finished 21-3 and the Mustangs 21-5. SC finished at 6-16.
BR-H’s Lauren Zawada earned the league’s top honor, Player of the Year, while Carney-Nadeau earned the other three “special” awards — the Wolves’ Jacob Polfus was named Coach of the Year, Sam Kedsch won Individual Sportsmanship honors and Grace Maule earned the Free Throw Award.
