MARQUETTE — The annual National Day of Prayer is an opportunity for Americans to pray together in faith, standing on the promises of God.

Between noon-1 p.m. Thursday, people of all faiths are welcome to gather on the steps of the Marquette County Courthouse to intercede for neighbor and nation. The National Day of Prayer, as designated by our government, belongs to all Americans. It is not owned by any one group, and every American can observe NDP in their own way.
