Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing March 15:

≤ Donald Leslie Loven, 44, of 197 Midway Drive, Negaunee, was sentenced to serve 22 days in jail with credit for 22 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $50. Loven pleaded guilty Jan. 2 to one count of assault and battery. Loven also received a 12-month delay of sentence. Loven pleaded guilty Jan 2. to one count of police officer assaulting/resisting/obstructing.

≤ Kevin Tyler-Serge Otto, 19, of 421 Silver Creek Road, Marquette, was sentenced to serve 240 days in jail with credit for 192 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $258. Otto pleaded guilty Jan. 11 to one count of larceny of a firearm.
