Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing Feb. 14:

≤ Benjamin Thomas Rose, 38, of 478 S. M-553, was sentenced to serve 360 days in jail with credit for 34 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $598. Rose pleaded guilty Oct. 5 to one count of police, fleeing, fourth degree.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing Feb. 15:

≤ Jonathan Edwards Lundquist, 45, of 1330 Ontario Ave., Marquette, was sentenced to serve eight to 25 years in prison with credit for 276 days served upon the charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct during felony; sentenced to six to 20 years in prison with credit for 276 days served upon the charge of child abusive commercial activity and sentenced to one year, 11 months to 4 years in prison upon the charge of possession of child sexually abusive material. Lundquist was ordered to pay fines and costs of $334. Lundquist pleaded guilty Dec. 12 to one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct during felony, one count of child abusive commercial activity and one count of possession of child sexually abusive material.

≤ Nadine Lenora Hauswirth, 25, of 320 Rolling Mill Road, Negaunee, was sentenced to serve 360 days in jail with credit for 33 days served, six months to be served upfront and the remainder to be deferred, given 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Hauswirth pleaded guilty Dec. 21 to one count of larceny, person.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing Feb. 20:

≤ Jenny Lynn Urbanski, 35, of Birch Grove Mobile Estate No. 26, Marquette, was sentenced to serve 180 days with credit for seven days served, with balance of jail suspended, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Urbanski pleaded guilty Jan. 18 to one count of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine.

≤ Alyssa Kathleen Vanlerberghe, 19, of 102 Dobson Place, Marquette, was sentenced to serve 51 days in jail with credit for 51 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Vanlerberghe pleaded guilty Dec. 7 to one count of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing Feb. 21:

≤ Bradley Robert Boersen, 22, of 1960 U.S. 41 S., Marquette, was sentenced to serve two to five years in prison to be served consecutively to his current sentence and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Boersen pleaded guilty Dec. 13 to one count of assault of prison employee.

≤ Dakota Fisher Stockinger, 19, of 1960 U.S. 41 South, was sentenced to serve six months to 30 months in prison to be served consecutively to his current sentence and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Stockinger pleaded guilty Dec. 27 to one count of assault of prison employee.

≤ Jamal Anthony Moore, 23, of 1960 U.S. 41 South, was sentenced to serve 16 months to 30 months in prison to be served consecutively to his current sentence and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Moore pleaded no contest Dec. 27 to one count of attempted assault of prison employee.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing Feb. 22:

≤ Zachary David Everett, 29, of 447 Washington St., Marquette, was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail with credit for 93 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Everett pleaded guilty Dec. 7 to one count of sex offender, fail to comply.

≤ Michael Stanley Latta, 32, of 227 Town Hall Road, Skandia, was sentenced to serve 360 days in jail with 180 days upfront and credit for 161 days served with the remainder deferred, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Latta pleaded guilty Aug. 31 to one count of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine.

≤ Taylor Allan Wing, 25, of 116 S. Main St., Ishpeming, was sentenced to serve three to 15 years in prison with credit for 118 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Wing pleaded no contest Sept. 14 to one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, incapacitated victim.

≤ James Leland Roy, 50, of Kinross, was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail with 93 days to be served upfront and credit for 27 days served, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Roy pleaded guilty Nov. 6 to one count of stalking.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing Feb. 28:

≤ Marcia Lee Blakely, 53, of 408 Packet St., Gwinn, was sentenced to serve 45 days in jail with credit for 14 days and remainder deferred, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Blakely pleaded guilty Dec. 21 to one count of controlled substance, maintaining drug house.

≤ Christine Jean Harmala, 34, of 63011 CR 581, Ishpeming, was sentenced to serve 240 days in jail with credit for 22 days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,148. Harmala pleaded guilty Dec. 28 to one count of operating while intoxicated, third offense and one count of fourth-degree child abuse.

≤ Evan Lloyd Hebert, 24, of 32422 County Road 581, Ishpeming was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Hebert pleaded guilty Dec. 28 to one count of tamper with electronic monitor.

≤ Justin Douglas Leppanen, 28, of 4111 Spruce St., Marquette, was sentenced to serve 31 days in jail with credit for 31 days served, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Leppanen pleaded guilty Dec. 28 to one count of jail, prisoner possessing contraband.

≤ Athena Jean Meyers, 37, of 118 Lancer St., Gwinn, was sentenced to serve 25 days in jail with credit for 25 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $976. Meyers pleaded guilty Dec. 28 to one count of lying to peace officer, four year or more crime investigation and one count of weapons, reckless use of firearms.

≤ Athena Jean Meyers, 37, of 118 Lancer St., Gwinn, received a 12-month delay of sentence and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $750.82. Meyers pleaded guilty Dec. 28 to one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, felonious assault.
