Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing Feb. 1:

≤ Charles Robert Hough, 34, of 6052 CR 550, Marquette, was sentenced to serve 120 days in jail deferred with credit for 16 days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Hough pleaded guilty Dec. 5 to one count of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine.

≤ Xavier Paul Gonzalez, 52, of 3185 M-95, Republic, was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail deferred with credit for 119 days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $6,058. Gonzalez pleaded no contest Nov. 28 to one count of felonious assault with a weapon.

≤ Xavier Paul Gonzalez, 52, of 3185 M-95, Republic, was sentenced to serve 108 days in jail with credit for 108 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Gonzalez pleaded no contest Nov. 28 to one count of police office assaulting/resisting.

≤ Richard Erland Lehto, 57, of 475 M-35, Negaunee, was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail with credit for 82 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Lehto pleaded no contest Dec. 7 to one count of interfering with electronic communications.

≤ Brad Michael Overly, 32, was sentenced to serve 360 days in jail with credit for 124 days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Overly pleaded guilty Dec. 7 to one count of ephedrine/pseudoephedrine, purchase to make methamphetamine.

≤ Greg Allan Cardew, 55, of 604 E St., Ishpeming, was sentenced to serve 30 months to 20 years in prison and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Cardew pleaded guilty Dec. 7 one count of controlled substance, deliver/manufacture methamphetamine.

≤ Alex Michael Pascoe, 27, was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail with credit for 152 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Pascoe pleaded guilty Nov. 26 to one count of police officer assaulting/resisting.

≤ Christopher Lance Veon, 39, of 837 Cambridge Court, Appleton, Wisconsin, was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail with credit for 90 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $258. Veon pleaded guilty Dec. 7 to one count of police officer assaulting/resisting.
