Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing Jan 17:

≤ Bernard Charles Duquette, 49, of 1303 Lincoln Ave., Marquette, was sentenced to serve six to 15 years in prison with credit for 131 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198 and restitution of $1,403. Duquette pleaded guilty Nov. 18 to one count of second-degree home invasion.

≤ Troy Alan Luoma, 35, of 231 Oak St., Gwinn, was sentenced to serve two to 10 years in prison with credit for 108 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Luoma pleaded guilty Nov. 19 to controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine.

≤ Robert Walter Schutz of Hastings, Michigan, was sentenced to serve 91 days in jail with credit for 91 days served, given 12 months probations and ordered to pay fines and costs of $866. Schutz pleaded guilty Nov. 19 to third-degree home invasion.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing Jan 23:

≤ Danica Lynn Mallon, 41, of 2355 CR 456, Little Lake, was sentenced to serve 19 months to 15 years in prison and 39 days in jail, with credit for 39 days served. Mallon was ordered to pay fines and costs of $266. Mallon pleaded guilty Nov. 20 to one count of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and pleaded no contest to a count of second-degree home invasion.

≤ James David Mallon, 37, of 2255 CR 456, Little Lake, was sentenced to serve 29 months to 15 years in prison and 54 days in jail with credit for 54 days served. Mallon was ordered to pay fines and costs of $266. Mallon pleaded guilty Nov. 20 to one count of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and pleaded no contest to one count of second-degree home invasion.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing Jan. 24:

≤ Jesslyn Marie Field, 20, of 247 Kawbawgam Road, Marquette, was sentenced to serve180 days in jail deferred, with credit for 91 days served; given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Field pleaded guilty Nov. 26 to one count of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine.

≤ Amadeus Eugene Glenn, 32, of 777 Pioneer Road, Marquette, was sentenced to serve 360 days in jail, with credit for 57 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $598. Glenn pleaded guilty Sept. 14 to one count of controlled substance possession, narcotic/cocaine, less than 25 grams.

≤ Dean Robert Kimmes, 58, of 2132 Cherry St., Marquette, was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail with credit for 38 days served and 90 days of jail to be served upfront and 90 days to be deferred. Kimmes was given 60 months of probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $458. Kimmes was convicted of one count of aggravated stalking by jury Oct. 25.

≤ Joseph John Manning, 38, of 150 W. Ohio St., Marquette, was sentenced to serve 108 days in jail with credit for 108 days served, given 12 months probation, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858.

Manning pleaded guilty Nov. 2 to one count of larceny, building.

≤ Joseph John Manning, 38, of 150 W. Ohio St., Marquette, was sentenced to serve 108 days in jail with credit for 108 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Manning pleaded guilty Nov. 2 to one count of lying to a peace officer.

≤ John Daniel O’Neill, 33, of 144 Blueberry St., Gwinn, was sentenced to serve 300 days in jail with credit for 177 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $2,128. O’Neill pleaded guilty June 28 to one count of breaking and entering with intent.
