Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing June 28:

≤ Isaac Demarco Winston, 23, of 1960 U.S. 41 South, Marquette, was sentenced to serve one to two years in prison, consecutive to his current sentence, and ordered to pay $198 in fines and costs. Winston pleaded guilty April 19 to one count of aggravated indecent exposure.

≤ Dabon Reed, 24, of 1960 U.S. 41 South, Marquette, was sentenced to serve one year, eight months to five years in prison, consecutive to his current sentence, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Reed pleaded guilty April 19 to one count of assault of prison employee.

≤Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing June 29:

≤ Nickolas Michael Birney, 38, of 296 E. M-35, was sentenced to serve 360 days in jail, with credit for 156 days served, with remaining balance deferred, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $398. Birney pleaded guilty May 11 to one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, felonious assault.

≤ Patrick Kyle Raines, 30, of 113 Banshee St., Gwinn, was sentenced to serve 103 days in jail with credit for 103 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Raines pleaded guilty May 11 to one count of peace officer, lying, four-year or more crime investigation.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing July 13:

≤ Benjamin Thomas Rose, 38, of 304 W. Bluff St., Marquette, was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail, with credit for 43 days served, concurrent to the following sentence, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Rose pleaded guilty May 11 to one count of motor vehicle, unlawful use. Rose was also sentenced to serve 180 days in jail, with credit for 38 days served, concurrent to the sentence above, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Rose pleaded guilty May 11 to one count of larceny, building.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing July 19:

≤ Phillip Michael Zombor, 33, of 1960 U.S. 41 South, Marquette, was sentenced to serve four to 20 years in prison, consecutive to his current sentence, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Zombor pleaded guilty May 31 to one count of assault of a prison employee.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing July 20:

≤ Earnest Michael Curtis, 39, of 1955 Freedom Drive, Marquette, was sentenced to serve 240 days in jail, with credit for 90 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Curtis pleaded guilty May 18 to one count of sex offenders, failure to register.

≤ Brittany Spring Hoxie, 29, of 362 Taylor Road, Gwinn, was sentenced to serve 240 days in jail, with credit for 121 days served, concurrent to the following sentence, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Hoxie pleaded guilty May 11 to one count of jail, prisoner in possession of contraband. Hoxie was also sentenced to serve 360 days in jail, with credit for 67 days served, concurrently to the sentence above, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Hoxie pleaded guilty June 22 to one count of jail, prisoner in possession of contraband.

≤ Dustin Ronald Kangas, 26, of 205 Isabella Ave., Palmer, was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail, with credit for 13 days served, with balance suspended, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $458. Kangas pleaded guilty March 16 to one count of police officer, assaulting/resisting/obstructing, causing injury.

≤ Robert James Nancarrow, 38, of 1831 W. Fair Ave., Marquette, was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail, with credit for 126 days served, with balance suspended, given 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Nancarrow pleaded guilty May 18 to one count of controlled substances, possession of methamphetamine.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing July 23:

≤ Adrian Watton, 50, of 241 Falcon, Gwinn, was sentenced to serve three to 15 years in prison, with credit for 346 days served, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $258. Watton pleaded no contest March 16 to one count of criminal sexual conduct, third degree, force or coercion.
