Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing April 18:

≤ Brian Richard Hebert, 29, of 15975 County Road 581 in Ishpeming was sentenced to serve 31 days in jail with credit for 31 days served and orded to pay fines and costs of $180. Hebert pleaded guilty March 28 to controlled substance use, non-narcotic.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing April 19:

≤ Rafael Bean, 44, of Baraga Correctional Facility, 13925 Wadaga Road in Baraga, was sentenced to a minimum of one day in prison, with a maximum of life in prison, to be served consecutively to Bean’s current sentence. Bean was ordered to pay $198 in fines and costs. Bean was convicted Jan. 30 of aggravated indecent exposure by a jury and convicted as a habitual offender, fourth offense by the court.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing April 20:

≤ Daniel Joseph Stoddard, 33, of 309 Dart St. in Gwinn was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with credit for one day served, with balance of jail time deferred, given six months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $325. Stoddard pleaded guilty Feb. 12 to operating while impaired.

≤ Christopher Robert Crowe, 33, of 517 Mustang in Gwinn, was sentenced to 25 days in jail, with credit for 25 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Crowe pleaded guilty Feb. 16 to sex offender, fail to comply.

≤ Chase Allen Dunklee, 30, of 1977 Brookfield Drive in Hastings was sentenced to 360 days in jail, with credit for 64 days served, given 18 months probation and orded to pay fines and costs of $798. Dunklee pleaded guilty Feb. 16 to home invasion, third degree.

≤ Mario Alberto Ocon, 34, of 1001 Cleveland St. in Marquette was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with credit for 13 days served and orded to pay fines and costs of $398. Ocon pleaded guilty Feb. 7 to financial transaction device, illegal use.

≤ Joshua Michael Wanberg, 26, of 1616 Kimber Ave. in Marquette was sentenced to nine months in jail, with credit for 38 days served, with balance of jail deferred, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines at costs of $858. Wanberg pleaded guilty March 29 to one count of controlled substances, possession of methamphetamine.

≤ Britni Lee Brady, 28, of 469 Mustang St. in Gwinn received a 12-month delay of sentence and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Brady pleaded guilty Feb. 15 to one count of stealing/retaining without consent a financial transaction device, a four-year felony.
