Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing March 8:

≤ Tony Lamar Clark, 49, of Marquette Branch Prison, 1960 U.S. 41 South, was sentenced to a minimum of 16 months in prison with a maximum sentence of two years, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Clark pleaded guilty Jan. 11 to one count of aggravated indecent exposure.

≤ Delano Lamarr Clement, 26, of Marquette Branch Prison, 1960 U.S. 41 South, was sentenced to a minimum of 14 months in prison, with a maximum sentence of two years, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Clement pleaded guilty Jan. 11 to one count of aggravated indecent exposure.

≤ Jermaine A. Gaston, 34, of Marquette Branch Prison, 1960 U.S. 41 South, was sentenced to a minimum of two years in prison, with a maximum sentence of five years on one count of assault of a prison employee. Gaston was concurrently sentenced to a minimum of two years in prison, with a maximum sentence of five years on another single count of assault of a prison employee. Gaston was ordered to pay fines and costs of $266. Gaston pleaded guilty on Jan. 11 to two counts of assault of a prison employee.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing March 9:

≤ James Robert Airaudi, 33, of 105 North St., Apartment 12, Ishpeming, was sentenced to serve 29 days in jail with credit for 29 days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Airaudi pleaded guilty Jan. 12 to one count of controlled substances — maintaining a drug house.

≤ James Robert Airaudi, 33, of 96 Sunnyside Estates, Ishpeming, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 90 days served upfront and remainder deferred, with credit for four days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. According to court documents, the sentence is concurrent with Airaudi’s March 9 sentencing for one count of controlled substances — maintaining drug house. Airaudi pleaded guilty Jan. 12 to one count of controlled substance possession — narcotic or cocaine, less than 25 grams.

≤ Milton Walter Bell, 38, of Marquette Branch Prison, 1960 U.S. 41 South, was sentenced to a minimum of one year in prison, with a maximum sentence of 30 months in prison, with credit for 52 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Bell pleaded guilty to one count of attempted assault of prison employee on Jan. 26.

≤ Nakeesha Sharee Briggs, 34, of 96 Sunnyside Estates, Ishpeming, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 45 days to be served upfront and the remainder deferred, with credit for five days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Briggs pleaded guilty Dec. 8 to one count of controlled substance possession — narcotic or cocaine, less than 25 grams.
