Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for arraignment March 9:

≤ Timothy John Alexander, 37, of 405 Sunnybrook Road, Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of weapons — dangerous weapon, miscellaneous, a five-year felony and one count of failing to use due care when passing stationary emergency vehicle, a 90-day misdemeanor. Alexander received a habitual offender, fourth offense notice, which is punishable by life if primary offense has penalty of five years or more, or 15 years or less if primary offense has penalty under five years. The charges stems from a May 16 incident in Chocolay Township. Alexander was scheduled to be sentenced May 25.

≤ Hunter Chase Corwin, 18, of 618 North Maple Hill Drive, Gwinn, pleaded guilty to one count of police officer – fleeing, fourth degree, vehicle code, a two-year felony. The charge stems from a Jan. 5 incident in Marquette. Corwin was scheduled to be sentenced May 18.

≤ Amber Mary Jarvi, 29, of 343 S. Main St., Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — delivery/manufacture, schedules 1, 2 and 3 except marihuana, methamphetamine, ecstasy and cocaine, a seven-year felony. The charge stems from a June 14 incident in Ishpeming. Jarvi was scheduled to be sentenced May 18.

≤ Amber Mary Jarvi, 29, of 343 S. Main St., Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — fraudulently obtaining, a four-year felony. The charge stems from a Sept. 14 incident in Marquette. Jarvi was scheduled to be sentenced May 18.

≤ Dustin Andrew Kellar, 32, of 650 S. Vandenboom Road, Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of police officer — obstructing, a two-year felony. The charge stems from a Jan. 26 incident in Marquette. Kellar was scheduled to be sentenced May 11.

≤ Laura Lee Wyman, 24, of 509 N. Second St., Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to one count of financial transaction device, stealing/retaining without consent, a four-year felony. The charge stems from a Jan. 15 incident. Wyman was scheduled to be sentenced March 21.
