Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing Feb. 15:

• Todd Bartczak, 67, of 100 Banshee in Gwinn was sentenced to 360 days jail, deferred with credit for one day served, given 60 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $458. Bartczak pleaded guilty Nov. 27 to one count of child sexually abusive material, possession.

• Sirecce Lavance Bonner, 45, of 3254 M-35 in Negaunee was sentenced to 107 days in jail with credit for 107 days served, given 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $398. Bonner pleaded guilty Dec. 8 to one count of maintaining a drug house.

• Eugene Joseph Ferro, 42, of 115 E. Main St., Michigamme was sentenced to 170 days in jail with credit for 170 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Ferro pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to operating with a high BAC, OUIL/per se, second offense.

• Eugene Joseph Ferro, 42, of 115 E. Main St., Michigamme was sentenced to one to five years in prison and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. Ferro pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to home invasion, third degree.

• Peter Joseph Ogea, 60, of 213 S. Second St., Ishpeming, was sentenced to seven days in jail with credit for seven days served, 12 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,358. Ogea pleaded guilty Dec. 8 to operating while intoxicated, OUIL/per se, third offense.

• Tallen Scott Prisk, 19, of 360 S. Big Creek Road, Marquette was sentenced to 117 days in jail with credit for 117 days served and ordered to pay $198 in fines and costs. Prisk pleaded guilty on Dec. 8 to controlled substance possession, narcotic or cocaine, less than 25 grams.

• Tallen Scott Prisk, 19, of 360 S. Big Creek Road, Marquette was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 120 days served up front and remainder deferred, with credit for 88 days served, 12 months probation and ordered to pay $798 in fines and costs. Prisk pleaded guilty on Dec. 8 to controlled substance possession, narcotic or cocaine, less than 25 grams.

• Tricia Lavon Tipon, 29, of 226 Graham St., Ishpeming was sentenced to 270 days in jail with credit for 156 days served and remainder deferred,18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $858. Tipton pleaded guilty Sept. 22 to controlled substance possession/analogues.

• Cody Shane Vandawalker, 29, of 302 Bensinger St., Big Bay, was sentenced to 69 days in jail with credit for 69 days served, 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Vandawalker pleaded guilty Oct. 20 to controlled substances, possession of methamphetamine.

• Francis Joseph Vogel, 53, of 119 Hemlock St., Republic was sentenced to 64 days in jail with credit for 64 days served, 60 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $798. Vogel pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to sex offenders, failure to comply with reporting duties.

Appearing for arraignment Jan. 24:

• Chase Allen Dunklee, 29, pleaded guilty to one count of home invasion — third degree, a five-year felony. Court documents indicated a habitual offender — second offense notice. The charge stems from an Aug. 14, 2016, incident. Dunklee was scheduled to be sentenced on April 20.

Appearing for arraignment Feb. 15:

• Britni Lee Brady, 28, of 469 Mustang St. in Gwinn pleaded guilty to one count of stealing/retaining without consent a financial transaction device, a four-year felony. The charge stems from a Nov. 14 incident in Marquette Township. Brady was scheduled to be sentenced April 20.

• Christopher Robert Crowe, 34, pleaded guilty to one count of sex offenders — failure to comply with reporting duties, a high court misdemeanor. The charge stems from a Jan. 18 incident in Forsyth Township. Crowe was scheduled to be sentenced April 20.

• Brittany Nicole Klug, 28, of 616 Cleveland Ave., Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — possession/analogues, a two-year felony. The charge stems from an Oct. 22, 2016, incident in Negaunee. Klug was scheduled to be sentenced March 3.

• Roneiya Diamonique Marshall, 19, of 500 Invader St., Gwinn pleaded guilty to one count of larceny in a building, a four-year felony. The charge stems from a Jan. 14 incident in West Branch Township. Marshall was scheduled to be sentenced April 20.

Appearing before Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi for sentencing Feb. 23:

• Cassandra Ruthann Gasman, 24, of 2040 Presque Isle Ave., Marquette, was sentenced to 114 days jail, with credit for 114 days served and ordered to pay fines and costs of $198. The sentencing is to be concurrent with the sentencing the case below, according to court documents. Gasman pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to one count of controlled substances –possession (narcotic or cocaine) less than 25 grams.

• Cassandra Ruthann Gasman, 24, of 2040 Presque Isle Ave., Marquette, was sentenced to 360 days in jail, with 240 days to be served up front, with remainder deferred and credit for 114 days served, sentenced to 18 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs of $498. The sentencing is to be concurrent with sentencing in the case above, according to court documents. Gasman pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to one count of controlled substances –possession (narcotic or cocaine) less than 25 grams.

Appearing for arraignment Feb. 23:

• Daniel Wesley Johnson, 60, of 1992 Werner St. in Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated, second offense. The charge stems from an Oct. 10 incident in Marquette. Johnson was scheduled to be sentenced March 29.

• Daniel Juchemich, 73, of 261 Co. Road CL, Ishpeming, pleaded no contest to one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, felonious assault, a four-year felony. The charge stems from a July 30 incident in Ishpeming Township. Juchemich was scheduled to be sentenced May 4.

• John Allen Kantola, 51, of 202925 County Road 496, Champion, pleaded guilty to one count of operating with a high blood alcohol content, second offense. The charge stems from a Sept. 15 incident in Ely Township. Kantola was schedule to be sentenced March 29.

• Matthew Phillip Lillie, 20, of 10 Northwood Lane, Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of police officer — fleeing, third degree, vehicle code, a five-year felony. The charge stems from a Jan. 23 incident in Marquette. Lillie was scheduled to be sentenced May 4.

• Steven Jon Williams, 33, of 245 Fisher St., Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of larceny, $200 or more but less than $1,000; and one count of malicious destruction of building, $200 or more, but less than $1,000. The charges stem from a Nov. 24 incident in Negaunee. Williams was scheduled to be sentenced April 12.

• Steven Anthony Adams, 29, of 110 Albatross St., Gwinn, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence, third offense. The charge stems from a Jan. 4 incident in Forsyth Township. Adams was scheduled to be sentenced May 4.

• Ryan Jeffrey Converse, 32, of 1490 Hickory St., Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit controlled substance – delivery, schedule 4. The charge stems from an Oct. 19 incident in Marquette. Converse was scheduled to be sentenced May 4.

• Ryan Robert Beckman, 35, of 233 Silver Creek Road, Marquette, pleaded guilty to two counts of domestic violence and one count of attempted interfering with electronic communications. The charges stem from a Jan. 3 incident in Ishpeming. Beckman was scheduled to be sentenced April 12.
