ST. IGNACE — A two-vehicle crash on US 2 near St. Ignace on Sunday resulted in one driver suffering serious injuries and a vehicle catching fire after crashing into a car wash. VA enrollment events set in western U.P.

CHASSELL — – Members of the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center outreach and enrollment team will travel to the west end of the Upper Peninsula to host two separate enrollment events on July 17-18.   Significant changes are now in effect for veterans. The PACT Act, signed into law in 2022, has expanded eligibility for VA health care, allowing more veterans to qualify, even those who were previously denied.
