GREEN BAY, MI - Francis "Frank" Black, born June 11, 1941, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2026, at the age of 84. He attended and graduated from Marquette Area Schools. From there, he went on to work at St. Luke's Hospital as an orderly. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Tyne and Frank Black, brother Brian Black; and his beloved daughter, Keri Black.
