≤ 12:38 a.m., report of intoxicated subject staggering down the road wearing a garbage bag, officer checked the area, unable to locate, Lee Street near Alger Street

≤ 12:56 a.m., identification confiscated by staff, officer to follow up with ID owner, 100 block West Washington Street

≤ 1:18 a.m., report of stray dog and cat running together in the area, officer checked the area, located the dog, but was unable to catch it, Washington Street near Rublein Street
