≤ 10:27 a.m., malicious destruction of property, damage to Halloween decorations, 900 block North Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 11:57 a.m., assistance, 400 block Northland Drive

≤ 1:13 a.m., complainant advised an intoxicated subject was found in residence early this morning, later in the day officers were asked to make contact with the suspect, 500 block East Ridge Street

≤ 2:03 p.m., vehicle tagged for abandoned, 1800 block Longyear Avenue

≤ 3:04 p.m., lockout, opened, 1500 block Lincoln Avenue

≤ 3:05 p.m., alarm, building was secure and neighbors advised the owner had just left, 300 block West Crescent Street

≤ 4:11 p.m., possible domestic assault, not a domestic, verbal argument only, 1000 block West Bluff Street

≤ 4:43 p.m., parking complaint, vehicle blocked in by other vehicles, owner of one vehicle showed up and moved the vehicle as officer arrived, 600 block North Front Street

≤ 5:27 p.m., vehicle lockout, opened, 300 block South Front Street

≤ 6:33 p.m., suspicious cooler that has been sitting on the property for a few days, caller ended up checking inside the cooler and found some disc golf equipment prior to officer arrival, 300 block Genesee Street

≤ 6:38 p.m., possible domestic, no domestic, just an argument, parties were advised to separate, officer was called back an hour later for harassing text messages, messages were not threatening in nature, parties worked it out before officer arrived, 1500 block West Fair Avenue

≤ 9:08 p.m., fireworks complaint, officer checked the area and sat in front of complainant’s house, no fireworks heard or seen, 800 block South Lakeshore Boulevard

≤ 5:10 a.m., 911 hang-up call, clerk misdialed, 400 block West Washington Street

≤ 5:35 a.m., report of an intoxicated male, sent back to his residence, U.S. 41 near Cliffs Power Road

≤ 8:40 a.m., report of glass in the roadway, glass was swept up, South Front Street near Roundabout

≤ 10:11 a.m., harassment complaint, 200 block Dobson Place

≤ 10:21 a.m., two Halloween safety presentations and walkthrough, 600 North Front Street

≤ 12:02 p.m., report of larceny, 400 block West Washington Street
