Meijers program helps food pantry
To the Journal editor:
The St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry of Marquette would like to thank the Meijers Marquette Store and the Meijers Simply Give Program, for their recent successful fundraising program.
This program allows patrons to donate Meijers Gift Cards to local food pantries. Meijers then donates double and on special days triple the amount donated in Meijers gift cards.
This really helps us keep healthy food stocked in our pantry at St. Vincent de Paul.
