To the Journal editor:

I just wanted to tell you how great one of your drivers is, Mark Rogers who delivers in the Ishpeming area just called our office to let us know that one of the men he delivers to is home from a care facility and needs to have his meals started back up.

Normally, when someone is released from a care facility, we get notified, but this one fell through the cracks for some reason. He’s been home for more than a week and he finally asked Mark for help as he didn’t know how to get his meals started again.

We’ll get this guy hooked up with the help he needs with other services, too, now that we know he is home. You have got some good people on board!!
