To the Journal editor:

To Alger Delta members in the Harvey/Deerton District, in a few days, you will be electing your Alger Delta board director for the next 3-year term.

Karen Alholm, the current director, is seeking re-election. Karen has shown sound decision-making skills, knowledge of the electrical industry, dedication to serving all of which are critical to being an active board member.

She has completed 40 hours of intensive training covering topics pertinent to a board member. Karen is fully engaged in the major electrical projects that are occurring in her district.

She brings numerous skills to the board from her background as an attorney for 23 years. Karen also serves on the Marquette County Board which furthers her understanding and knowledge of the needs of the area.

I would like to encourage you to vote for Karen Alholm.
