To the Journal editor:

Recent events at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in?Marquette shows how small minded the church is here.

Bobby Glenn Brown should not have been removed from his positions and or barred from participation in the services.

A house of worship should be open to everyone and all should be allowed to actively take part in the Mass or service in the church.

We are all God’s children and praising Him in word and song is a basic right that we have. No one is looking for attention just the right to be our self.

If this had happened at my church I would have stood and walked out too. I have known Bobby for sometime now. He is an excellent role model and good friend. Only God can judge.

It is not for us to judge each other. Who among us can cast the first stone? Certainly not me.
