MARQUETTE — American Legion Auxiliary Unit 44 of Marquette announces Andrew Feys as this year’s winner of its $1,000 college scholarship.

Andrew is the son of Tim and Caprice Feys of Negaunee. He plans to attend Michigan Tech in the fall.

He has chosen to major in mechanical engineering.

Andrew was chosen from applicants attending Marquette County schools who have been accepted to a Michigan college.

Students interested in applying for this scholarship for 2022 should see their school’s guidance office for an application.
