MARQUETTE — The Marquette Area Public Schools Education Foundation announced Judy Depetro was the $300 ticket winner and Marquette Senior High School junior Thomas Lohfink will be the recipient of a $3,000 scholarship following the Oct. 4 drawing for the Impact-A-Life raffle at the the MSHS homecoming rally.

Lohfink will be awarded the scholarship upon his expected 2021 graduation.

The foundation provides scholarships to Marquette Area Public School graduates and to teacher projects providing enhanced education. Monies for the scholarship were raised through sales of $5 raffle tickets.

Last year the foundation gave over $150,000 in scholarships to 153 graduating seniors.
