Visioning session for U.S. 41 today

MARQUETTE — Marquette Township officials and Michigan State University are seeking community input for the U.S. 41 Corridor Climate and Health Adaptation vision workshop to be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. today.

Residents can virtually attend this design input workshop session, which is the second of three sessions, to help direct the vision for the U.S. 41/M-28 corridor from Brookton Road to Commerce Drive. The area is slated to be part of a Michigan Department of Transportation reconstruction project in 2021.

In this session, participants can view proposed improvements of the area from the design team. The designs are based on input obtained from residents in the first session.
