≤ 5:21 a.m., two subjects arguing in parking lot, subjects talking loudly, 200 block North Front Street

≤ 5:56 a.m., vehicle broken down in traffic, assisting in getting vehicle off roadway and into parking lot, wrecker service was to remove vehicle, U.S. 41 near South Lake Street

≤ 7:28 a.m., disabled vehicle, subject got vehicle going again and drove away, Sugar Loaf Avenue near Hawley Street

≤ 8:20 a.m., suspicious vehicle taking pictures of the residence – black van, all OK – PMI contracted by the city to fix water meters, 1200 block Gray Street
