– 5:54 a.m., assistance with vehicle lock-out, 1100 block West College Avenue

– 8:27 a.m., report of black dog running loose, gone on arrival, 1000 block West Fair Avenue

– 8:39 a.m., traffic accident, 100 block East Park Street

– 8:53 a.m., central dispatch aired “be-on-the-lookout” for suspicious vehicle, unable to locate, South Front Street near Genesee Street

– 9:19 a.m., property inspection, 1200 block West Fair Avenue

– 9:47 a.m., report of on-going issue with vehicle parking in lot all week, subjet appears to be panhandling passbery, gone on arrival, officier will return to serve trespass letter when subject returns, officer made contact with subject and served trespass order.
