County Road 492 to be rerouted for roundabout project

FROM A NEWS RELEASE NEGAUNEE TOWNSHIP — Marquette County Road 492 will be closed and detoured beginning July 6 as part of the Michigan Department of Transportation project converting the M-35/CR 492 intersection in Eagle Mills to a modern roundabout. CR 492 will be closed to through-traffic from the US-41/CR 492 intersection in Negaunee to just west of the M-35/CR 492 intersection, with traffic detoured onto US-41 to M-35.
