The sun manages to peek through the clouds Monday afternoon in Marquette, after an overnight storm closed schools and Northern Michigan University — again. About 8 inches of snow, more in some places, driven by gusting winds, made driving hazardous and impossible on many side streets and roads. Crews were still cleaning up area roadways at press time.
