Junior Noque racers competing in the 3-kilometer Classic race take off from the starting line Friday afternoon at the Forestville Trailhead in Marquette. Racers ages 8 to 13 competed in the classic race which took around 15 minutes to complete. A 5K Classic race and 3K freestyle race also took place Friday. The 1K Classic for skiers ages 7 and under was canceled due to cold temperatures.
