Lions breakfast — The Marquette Lions Club is holding its annual pancake breakfast from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the American Legion Clubhouse in Marquette. New this year will be musical entertainment. The club is offering pancakes (including a gluten free option), eggs, sausage, juice, fresh fruit. This year will benefit JJ Packs. Tickets available at the door or call 906-360-7747. Peter Pan — Superior Arts Youth Theater will present the 1954 Broadway Version of J.M. Barrie’s classic tale “Peter Pan” at the Forest Roberts Theater at 1 p.m. Advance tickets are on sale: $15 for adults and $9 for students. Tickets purchased at the door are $17 and $11. Snowmobile — The Hiawatha land Snowmobile Club will host an open house-family fun day at the club’s clubhouse, 408 M-553, Marquette, from 1-5 p.m. The club is looking for new members and will host this outing for children and adults. There will be kids games and short snowmobile rides available (helmets will be provided). A bonfire will be blazing and snacks provided. Bring the entire family to the event and find out the fun of belonging to a family-oriented snowmobile club along with the opportunities to meet new people and opportunities. Everyone is welcome.
