MCHD — Clinic Services available today at the Marquette County Health Department are: HIV/AIDS Counseling and Testing, and Immunizations from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. A WIC Clinic will be held from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

Bike Tours — The Michigan Iron Industry Museum, 73 Forge Road, Negaunee, is hosting an Iron Ore Heritage Bike Tour at 9 a.m. This is a chance to enjoy a casual-historic interpretive bike tour from the Michigan Iron Industry Museum to Ishpeming, and back on the Iron Ore Heritage Trail. UPAWS rummage — The Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter’s rummage sale takes place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 843 W. Washington St., Marquette. For more information, visit website: www.upaws.org.

Bingo — Bell Auxiliary is sponsoring a senior luncheon and bingo every third Friday of the month. The luncheon/bingo will be at the Ishpeming Senior Center from noon to 2 p.m. There is no charge. Alanon — meets 1:30 p.m., Grace Episcopal Church, corner of First and Canda streets, Ishpeming.

Art reception — a reception for Kaleidoscope, an exhibit of oil paintings by Meegan Flannery, will take place from 3-6 p.m. at Michigamme Moonshine Art Gallery, 136 E. Main St., Michigamme. The event will include a chamber concert by Superior String Alliance. Refreshments will be served. The exhibit opened Sunday and runs through Sept. 16. Call 906-323-6546 for more information.
