MSHS announces graduation plans
MARQUETTE — Marquette Senior High School has made plans for its graduation ceremony.
Plan A is an in-person graduation held on the football field at William R. Hart Stadium will be at 6 p.m. June 4 if the current COVID-19 conditions and restrictions remain in effect or have lightened.
The format would be a traditional in-person commencement ceremony held outdoors. Graduates and four guests, who must have tickets, may attend.
The ceremony will be broadcasted live via REDspn/.
Masks will be required.
In the event of inclement weather, the graduation ceremony will be moved to 2 p.m. June 6. An announcement will be made through school email and social media.
Plan B is a drive-through graduation ceremony for graduates and guests at 6 p.m. June 4 at the MSHS canopy entrance if the current COVID-19 conditions and restrictions change and do not allow for an in-person ceremony to take place with guests in attendance.
The ceremony will be broadcasted live via REDspn, and masks will be required when outside a vehicle.
