MARQUETTE — An area tennis professional and certified pickleball instructor will host several pickleball instructional clinics for both beginners and intermediate players over the next month.

Josh Kitto will hold four clinics, with at least three of them at the Sands Township Recreational Facility in Sands Township.

Cost is $25 with preregistration required as class sizes are limited. Equipment will be available.

• Saturday, Sept. 17 — beginners clinic, 9:30-11:30 a.m., Sands Township Recreational Facility

• Tuesday, Sept. 20 — beginners 1 clinic, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Sands facility

• Sunday, Sept. 25 — intermediate clinic, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Sands facility

• Saturday, Oct. 1 — beginners clinic, 10 a.m.-noon, location to be determined
