Keaton Hammond makes waves by kayaking in his parent’s flooded empty lot, located in the 500 block of Gladstone’s Dakota Avenue. Keaton saw the flooding when he got home from school on a recent day and immediately asked his mom, Dawn Hammond, if he could take the kayak out on the water.
