The over 100 day probationary period has run out and a lack of comprehending what is expected of job performance requires dismissal, eviction and removal of personnel.

The gravity of this job can not be underestimated as extensive repairs caused by overreach must be addressed. Such as our standing globally and 200 or so other issues.
