GWINN, MI - Jayson Joseph Kotewa, 47, of Gwinn, passed away at his home, Wednesday morning, August 23, 2023, following a courageous eight-year battle with Kidney Disease. Jayson was born June 7, 1976 in Marquette, graduated from Gwinn High School, and was a lifelong area resident. He worked as a farmhand for many years, and was a logger and skidder for D’Angelo Custom Cutting. He married, Julie Kirkwood, on October 15, 2011 and together they made their home in Gwinn. AUTRAIN, MI - Russ Bernard Holloway, age 21, died on Saturday, August 19, 2023 in Marquette, after spending a great day with friends on the AuTrain River. Services will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at the Bowerman Funeral Home.
