Conrad David Grondz
GWINN, MI — Conrad David Grondz, 69, of Gwinn, died Friday morning, July 5, 2019 at his home.
He was born December 26, 1949 in Hamtramck, Michigan, a son of the late Casimir C. and Stella (Krasniewski) Grondz.
Conrad was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus and had served in the US Army.
He will be remembered by his family as loving husband, father and grandfather.
Conrad is survived by his wife, Susan, whom he married in Detroit on April 27, 1974; sons, David and Michael (Kristen) Grondz; grandsons, Gabriel, Damian & Xavier Grondz; and a sister, Patricia Grondz Lambert.
Visitation will be held in the Baraga Room at St. Anthony Catholic Church on Thursday, July 11, 2019 from 9:30 to 11 am. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 am in the church with Rev. Allen Mott officiating. The Knights of Columbus will serve as honor guard. Interment will take place in the Gwinn Cemetery.
