Anthony Joseph Bertucci

Anthony was born January 31, 1919 in Ishpeming to Guiseppi and Giovanni (Roti) Bertucci. He graduated from St. Johns Catholic School. Tony served in the CCC, later in the U.S. Army, he was drafted in 1940, serving in the Pacific mostly in the Philippines during World War II.

Tony worked for Nelson Aerospace in Californa as a manager of the parts department. He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Ishpeming.

Tony is survived by 2 sisters: Elizabeth Conradson of West Bend, WI and Catherine Kirwin of Venice, CA, a brother James (Cathy) Bertucci of Fountain Hills, AZ, along with 11 nieces and nephews.

Tony was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Genevieve Cooper, and 3 brothers: Victor, Rocco and Salvatore Bertucci.

Tony’s family will greet relatives and friends from 9:30-10:30 am on Tuesday March 27, 2018 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church where a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am with Fr Larry Van Damme officiating. Interment will take place in the Ishpeming Cemetery.
