Wanna Loa Hite
McMINNVILLE, TN – Morrison, TN resident and Cleveland, TN native Wanna Loa Hite, age 81, was born July 1, 1936 and died December 19, 2017 at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville, TN following an extended illness.
A retired educator with Gwinn High School in Michigan and a member of the Episcopal Church, she was the daughter of the late Flavil Hall and Mary Lee Logue Tenpenny.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Max Lee Tenpenny.
She was married on August 1, 1958 to Forrest Hite of Morrison, TN. In addition to her husband, she is survived by six children, Kenneth Hite of Newport News, VA, Kathy Hite of Nashville, TN, Treva Dyson of Plano, TX, Patrick Hite of Lansing, MI, Andrea Cope of Abilene, TX and Katreena Hite of Ishpeming, MI; fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
There will be no visitation or service at High’s.
