Linda L. Lampman

Born August 27, 1946, in Marquette, a daughter of Joseph and Mary “Betty” (Morris) Lampman, Linda was raised in Marquette and graduated from Graveraet High School, Class of 1964. She attended Northern Michigan University, pursuing a degree in accounting, and later moved to Milwaukee where she was employed as an office manager in the health care field. In the late 1980’s, she returned to Marquette. In her leisure moments, she enjoyed crocheting, being outdoors, camping, boating, and watching the animals. She enjoyed football and was a Packers fan. Linda was a member of Marquette Hope United Methodist Church.

Linda is survived by her brother, Joseph (Kathy) Lampman, Jr of Marquette; three nephews, Joseph (Rachael) Lampman III of Palmer, James Lampman of Marquette, and John Lampman of Big Bay; and a great-nephew, Joseph Lampman IV of Palmer.

Friends may call at the Swanson-Lundquist Funeral Home on Thursday, March 23, beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Kristi Hintz will officiate. A reception will follow in the reception room located at the funeral home. Interment will be made in the Park Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
