Rotary Club of Marquette contributes to Project Graduation, Marquette Alternative
The Rotary Club of Marquette recently presented contributions for two local projects. Project Graduation provides a save overnight party for graduates of Marquette Senior High School. Above left, past Rotary President Sally Davis, left, presents a contribution of $500 to committee members Joy Lambros Caron, center, and Erin Haynes Brooks. The Marquette Alternative High School has a variety of clubs for students’ hobby and vocational interests. Nora Torreano advises the Books and Ancestry Clubs. She is shown in the photo above right with Davis receiving a contribution of $400 for students to have DNA testing done to pursue their cultural heritage.
