≤ 10:35 a.m., sailboat docked overnight without paying fee, located registered owner and left message advising to call Marina office directly, 200 block North Lakeshore Drive

≤ 12:15 a.m., there were a total of 13 complaints or questions regarding fireworks in the city between 10 p.m., and 12:15 a.m.
