MARQUETTE — The Cedar Tree Institute, in collaboration with The Coming Home Project, is offering a free public presentation, "What Love Says: Caregiving in a Time of Serious Illness," at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Messiah Lutheran Church, 305 W.
