Gas prices fall

Average gasoline prices in Michigan have fallen 21.2 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $4.12/g today, according to GasBuddy's survey of 4,913 stations in Michigan. Prices in Michigan are 60.8 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 97.8 cents per gallon higher than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has decreased 13.8 cents compared to a week ago and stands at $5.299 per gallon. Library hosting free meals program for summer

NEGAUNEE — Starting this week Monday, any children (18 and under) or developmentally delayed adults (up to age 26) can receive nourishing meals at the Negaunee Public Library for no cost. Distribution will be from noon-1:30 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the summer.
