MARQUETTE — Community Action Alger Marquette is seeking proposals for replacing an existing outside Carrier Split System air conditioning unit at its office. 

CAAM is inviting qualified contractors to submit bids for the removal and disposal of the current AC unit, installation of a new unit, necessary electrical and plumbing work, system testing and commissioning, and training for maintenance staff. This is part of CAAM’s ongoing commitment to maintain safe and functional facilities for staff and clients. 

Submissions will be evaluated based on cost, compliance with specifications, and contractor experience. 

Proposal requirements include: 

≤ A cover letter

≤ Business name, address and contact information 

≤ Proof of business license and insurance 

≤ Cost proposal with detailed breakdown 

≤ Any required accommodations or services from CAAM 

Interested parties must submit their proposals by 4 p.m. on May 23. Proposals may be submitted via mail, hand delivery, or electronically.
